fix(lowcode): 更新数据库表同步状态- 将多个业务表的IS_DB_SYNC字段设置为'N'

- 涉及受限空间作业、钻井任务等15张表- 确保这些表不会被自动同步到低代码平台
- 防止因数据结构不一致导致的同步异常
